10 September 2020 — Our project team plans to engage with communities through conducting workshops. Through these workshops, we aim to understand the needs, concerns, and expectations of the public regarding an earthquake early warning system in Aotearoa, New Zealand.
We are currently in the process of fine-tuning the workshop design before going out to the communities. Today, we successfully conducted a prototype workshop with 14 participants at the Massey University Wellington campus. The discussion and insights from the participants will help us refine the workshop materials.
